Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Programme Developer to play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging programmes that cater to their diverse interests and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver inclusive activity programmes that promote resident engagement
  • Collaborate with care staff to understand resident preferences and tailor activities accordingly
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all residents
  • Ensure accurate records of activities and resident participation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with elderly populations or similar client groups
  • Qualifications in remedial or occupational therapies (desired)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
