Environmental Sustainability Lead

The role holder will lead the EHS function for Arrabawn, driving compliance and continuous improvement in process, culture & behaviours.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an EHS strategy for the organisation, ensuring highest standard of EHS performance is achieved and sustained.
- Provide active management and support to the EHS team, ensuring effective implementation of EHS Management Systems.
- Support Senior Management Team in fulfilling statutory duties through risk management and compliance with current environment, health and safety legislation.
- Manage regulatory compliance to Industrial Emissions Licence (IEL) & GHG permit, implementing processes and systems that reduce environmental impacts.
- Plan, develop and coordinate the company's EHS risk management programme, providing ongoing briefings on EHS impacts within the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- EHS qualification to QQI level 8 or above.
- Knowledgeable on current Irish legislation.
- Experience managing an EHS Management System.
- A minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Ability to influence at all levels in the organisation, with flexibility to travel between different locations.
