Job Description:

The Senior Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's infrastructure, ensuring it is reliable, secure, and scalable to support the business.

This role involves managing the core infrastructure, including Active Directory, SD-WAN, and Azure environments, and implementing hands-on technical solutions to improve system performance and reduce downtime.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the IT team to ensure operational excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage day-to-day IT operations, providing guidance and technical expertise to team members.
  • Ensure the team is well-trained on current and emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously test disaster recovery plans to ensure minimal downtime and data loss during disruptions.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of IT services.

Skill Requirements:

This role requires a proven experience in a senior IT infrastructure role, with a strong hands-on technical background.

Extensive experience with SD-WAN, Active Directory, and Azure cloud solutions is essential.

A solid understanding of IT strategy development, cybersecurity, and risk management within an organizational environment is required.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
