Job Title: Senior Financial Professional

As a seasoned financial expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in your work.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Professional Qualifications

* Maintain full membership of a recognized professional body, such as Chartered Accountants Ireland or ACCA, with an Irish audit qualification if statutory audit work is offered.
* Hold a Practising Certificate to operate in public practice.

2. Experience

* Possess a minimum of two years of approved post-membership experience in public practice under supervision.
* For audit provision, have at least three years of audit training, including a minimum of 44 weeks in statutory audit, logged through recognized systems.

3. Core Competencies

* Demonstrate expertise in at least two technical areas, such as Financial Reporting, Audit & Assurance, Tax Advisory, Corporate Planning, Information Systems, or General Management.
* Showcase experience in preparing or signing statutory audit reports (if audit-qualified), managing client relationships, and overseeing compliance.

4. Continuing Professional Development

* Uphold CPD requirements over the prior compliance period.
* Complete a Practice Orientation or equivalent course within the required timeframe.

5. Regulatory & Insurance Requirements

* Meet Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) standards as specified by the regulator.
* Comply with current Public Practice Regulations, including firm registration, monitoring, and ethical obligations.
