Equestrian Coach

Job Title:
Riding Instructor - Laragh House, Co. Kildare.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated riding instructor to join our team at Laragh House in Co. Kildare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching clients how to ride horses, maintaining the highest level of horse welfare, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of BHS stage 2 qualification or equivalent, with experience working with people and horses. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach clients of all ages and abilities to ride horses
• Maintain high standards of horse welfare and ensure the health and safety of both humans and animals
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Benefits include accommodation available on site, annual leave entitlement of 20 days per annum, and a competitive salary of €32,000 per year paid monthly. A probationary period of 6 months applies.
