Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

This role requires a highly skilled estimator to prepare and submit accurate, detailed, and timely tenders, source quotations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Hybrid working arrangements are available, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Main Job Functions:

  • Preparation and submission of accurate, detailed, and timely tenders.
  • Sourcing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective tendering processes and procedures.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, contractual changes, and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating roles.
  • Desirable: degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with QS software.
