Job Title: Experienced Project Director

Job Description

Lead a portfolio of high-profile projects for private and public sector clients.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Oversee project teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A degree in Construction, Engineering, Building Surveying or Project Management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in construction industry management.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of construction documentation, financials, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage staff, multitask, and work well under pressure.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Experience with scheduling software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
