Job Title: Chief Tax Compliance SpecialistReporting to the Finance Director, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Tax Compliance Specialist to lead our global tax compliance strategy.Tax Compliance Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all tax returns and statutory filings are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. This includes managing Irish corporation tax, VAT, payroll tax, and other statutory filings. The role also involves liaising with external advisors and coordinating the work of Big 4 tax advisors and local agents to ensure accurate filings and effective risk management.Key Qualifications:The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in tax compliance and reporting, preferably with exposure to SPVs or leasing structures. AITI qualification is essential, while a Master's or advanced tax qualification is highly desirable. Experience from a Big 4 environment or in-house within financial services is also highly sought after.Desirable Skills:The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with cross-border teams.
