Job Opportunity: Corporate Legal Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Corporate Legal Advisor to join our high-performing team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-regarded organization in a varied role, supporting strategic and operational areas of the business.

You will provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements. You will also offer input on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and joint ventures, as well as support on corporate governance, regulation, and compliance.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Advise on a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating intricate agreements.
  • Offer input on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and joint ventures, as well as support on corporate governance, regulation, and compliance.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 2-4 years' post-qualification experience with a strong grounding in corporate/commercial law.
  • Qualified in Ireland with top-tier or international law firm experience.
  • A collaborative approach and sound commercial judgment.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
