Entry-Level Healthcare Recruitment Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a specialist in healthcare recruitment. As a specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent in the healthcare sector, engaging with candidates, creating and posting job adverts, managing candidate databases, and supporting teams to fill urgent and long-term shifts and roles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing healthcare professionals (nurses, carers, support staff, etc.) across various platforms
  • Engaging with candidates to understand their experience, preferences, and availability
  • Creating job adverts to attract top talent
  • Managing candidate databases and keeping records up to date
  • Supporting teams to fill urgent and long-term healthcare shifts and roles

Key Requirements:

  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Someone who's organized, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
  • Interest in healthcare and making a difference
  • Experience in recruitment is an advantage but not essential
  • Must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland
