The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and promotional strategies, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
The successful Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximise hotel revenue.
- Managing all aspects of the sales process, including corporate, leisure, MICE, and events.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to set revenue goals and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Leading and inspiring the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Overseeing digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and content creation.
- Representing the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar Sales & Marketing Management role within the hospitality industry.
- A proven track record of driving revenue and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong analytical capabilities and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Living in Ireland and having the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
