The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and promotional strategies, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

The successful Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximise hotel revenue.
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process, including corporate, leisure, MICE, and events.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to set revenue goals and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Leading and inspiring the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Overseeing digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and content creation.
  • Representing the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement.


The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar Sales & Marketing Management role within the hospitality industry.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue and achieving commercial targets.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Living in Ireland and having the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
