Senior Software Engineering Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Leader to establish technical leadership and drive significant impact in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software design, coding, and application architecture, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of scalable and maintainable software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and improvement
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software design, coding, and application architecture
  • Strong hands-on experience with Core Java Development
  • Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
  • Familiarity with Spring framework or similar
  • Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, CICD, Cloud technologies
  • Strong REST fundamentals and API development, Microservices
  • Ability to drive Agile development and deliver products quickly and to a high standard
