About the Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Event Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing national and international events for a rapidly expanding agency.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile event management projects.
  • Nurture senior client relationships and deliver projects that meet financial targets.
  • Lead events teams on various projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities from existing and new clients.
  • Collaborate with senior management colleagues to develop strategic initiatives.
  • Foster industry connections to enhance the agency's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement event concepts that exceed client expectations.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of event production and management best practices.
  4. Effectively manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
  5. Provide exceptional presentation, communication, and project management skills.
The Ideal Candidate

We seek an individual with:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant event experience.
  • Proven track record of conceptualising and executing world-class events.
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen skills.
