Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Production Management Specialist to join our team at Icds Group. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production line, ensuring that we meet our customer demand and production schedules.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with area supervisors and other team leads to manage and prioritize staffing assignments.
  • Ensure continuous supply of components to the production line by communicating with stores.
  • Meet all production targets as outlined by KPIs and populate target boards to monitor daily progress.
  • Address and resolve issues affecting production, including quality, performance, processes, equipment, materials, and labor.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with prior leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
