Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Operations Manager to join our team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and communicate tax implications of corporate actions to the business
  • Prepare and review end-of-period U.S. withholding tax reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Monitor and report on U.S. trade/business income exposure, providing insights for informed decision-making
  • Review and verify U.S. tax forms (W-9, W-8IMY), FATCA/CRS certifications and registrations
  • Manage monthly and annual sales/property tax returns, claims, and audits, maintaining accurate records
  • Prepare FBAR reports, tax position analyses, and interest deductibility reviews, identifying areas for process improvement
  • Support compliance with IRC Section 174 and R&D credit reporting, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and automate processes, driving efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years PQE experience in tax operations or a related field
  • U.S. GAAP tax experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in financial services or asset management is a significant advantage
Reporting Lines:

The successful candidate will report to the U.S. Tax Operations leadership team, making them part of a dynamic and innovative team.
