The Procurement and Contract Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our client's procurement and contracting processes. Key responsibilities will include developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing key contracts, and maintaining accurate contract documentation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in sourcing, contracting, and commercial management, with a strong understanding of commercial contract law and procurement systems.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage key contracts throughout their lifecycle, including strategy, tendering, negotiation, implementation, and performance monitoring
- Maintain accurate contract documentation for audit readiness, strategic planning, and risk mitigation
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in sourcing, contracting, and commercial management
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Contract Law
- Advanced contract drafting skills, knowledge of procurement systems (P2P), and proficiency in MS Office
In order to be considered for this role, you must be resident in Ireland and eligible for full-time work.
