We are currently recruiting an ambitious and enthusiastic Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Limerick site.

The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

  • Support Daily Operation of Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility with proven skills in effective problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis.
  • Lead cross functional teams in a systematic approach to continuous improvement, using data driven analysis and decision making.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement of KPI's of semiconductor manufacturing Equipment such as % Availability, Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR) & Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF).

This role will be situated in our cleanroom class 10 Wafer Fabrication facility.

At Analog Devices, we adopt a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy. Prior experience in TPM is desirable.
