About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the needs of children with complex disabilities, developing tailored plans to support their care and well-being.

Working as part of the Mid-West Disabilities AON for Children Assessment Pathway Team, you will focus on assessment and contribute to the implementation of PDSCYP, ensuring the best possible results for children and their families.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration and communication, working closely with families, schools and pre-schools to foster effective partnerships and drive positive change.

Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' post qualification experience in paediatric assessment.
  • Registered with CORU and ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
