The company excels in delivering comprehensive data centre solutions, spanning design, construction, and commissioning, across diverse sectors including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical services.
With its leadership position in the European data centre market, Winthrop Technologies has experienced significant growth and is now the only dedicated Data Centre delivery partner in the region.
We are currently undertaking multiple large-scale data centre projects in various European countries, totalling over 430 MW of IT load in flight.
This role is part of our expanding team at our head office in Dublin 24 and requires the successful candidate to work 5 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee and resolve conflicts and coordination issues between different departments.
- To produce detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules in accordance with the project's BIM execution plan.
- To be accountable for delivering all 2D and 3D co-ordination milestones on each project.
- To collaborate closely with package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex MEP installations.
- To provide guidance and support to junior BIM team members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Revit, with a bias towards MEP.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
- Familiarity with Navisworks is an asset.
- At least 4 years of experience working on multiple large-scale projects.
- A relevant bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and time management skills.
