Main Responsibilities:
  • Architectural Design and Strategy:
    • Design scalable and secure Salesforce architecture solutions that align with business objectives.
    • Define best practices and standards for Salesforce development and integration.
    • Create technical roadmaps to support current and future business needs.
  • Solution Implementation and Development:
    • Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce features, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
    • Guide developers on the use of Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
    • Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and security policies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Present architectural designs and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
    • Provide technical expertise to business teams during strategic decision-making processes.
  • Integration and Data Management:

  • Team Leadership and Mentorship:
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
    • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and upskilling of team members.

  • Pre-sales and Business Development:
    • Support pre-sales activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and solution demonstrations.
