Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to support the delivery of quality housing and services at our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all social housing, supported living, congregated accommodation, and administrative offices are maintained and managed within the authority delegated from the Senior Asset Manager.

This is a vital role that requires effective organisational, technical and administrative skills, including operating property maintenance systems and CRM database systems. Experience of Health & Safety, including risk assessments, preparing PSHP's DRA's and HSA notification processes, is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have sound judgement, decisiveness analytical and operational skills required for the role, as well as good communications, interpersonal and motivational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage properties, facilities and operations
  • Operate property maintenance systems and CRM database systems
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Support the Senior Asset Manager in maintaining and managing properties

Requirements:

  • Experience of property maintenance and systems
  • Effective organisational, technical and administrative skills
  • Experience of Health & Safety
  • Safe pass required
  • Full drivers licence and use of own car
