Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team at the Inn at Dromoland. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll functions, including processing payroll, emailing payslips, and sending files to revenue authorities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Assist with new starter procedures, including onboarding, orientation, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, payroll reports, and financial documents.
Requirements:
- Hold an IPASS or similar qualification.
- Prior experience with Micropay and Alkimii is desirable.
- Demonstrate strong administration and computer skills.
- Show ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
- Display excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- possess good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
