">Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with automation systems, particularly in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

The Automation Expert will be responsible for managing and coordinating all technical activities related to automation system delivery, ensuring compliant, reliable, and efficient processes.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical point of contact for all automation-related projects and operations, leading implementation, configuration, and validation of automation systems.

The Automation Expert will develop, configure, and test control strategies, logic, and operator interfaces to meet pharmaceutical process requirements, provide expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and maintain detailed documentation to support audits and regulatory inspections.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation scope principles, S88, S95, and competitive decision-making, as well as experience with system validation lifecycle and documentation practices.

The Automation Expert will work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Validation, Engineering, and Operations, and possess excellent communication, documentation, and project coordination skills.

  • 8+ years of experience in automation engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge of automation systems, particularly in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of automation scope principles, S88, S95, and competitive decision-making.
  • Experience with system validation lifecycle and documentation practices.
