Electrical Project Manager Position

The company is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead a team of electrical supervisors and engineers in the execution of complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and leadership. They should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage electrical projects from conception to completion
  • Lead and motivate a team of electrical supervisors and engineers
  • Develop and implement project plans and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other project management tools
