Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager DACH, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business in the DACH region.

You will develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive growth and expansion, build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, and develop and execute strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning: Deliver on your comprehensive sales plan to consistently exceed targets
  • Forecasting: Lead and be responsible for accurate sales forecasting weekly
  • Pipeline management: Maintain and progress Renewals, Expansion and New Business
  • CRM Hygiene - Salesforce: Mandatory accurate and up-to-date documentation of all customer account details
  • Market: Enhance knowledge and insight into the best practices and trends within the industry
