Job Description:

CPL is looking for a number of Senior .Net Developers to work with clients in the utilities space.

- This is a long term contract opportunity for experienced professionals to join an Agile delivery team on a technical project, working closely with other development teams and reporting to a Tech lead.

- We require Senior .Net developers with 8+ years' experience in full stack development, preferably with oversight of website design and implementation using Microsoft's .NET framework. The ideal candidate will have managed the entire software development life cycle from concept design through to implementation and application maintenance.

- Key responsibilities include analysing system requirements, prioritising tasks, writing clean and testable code, developing technical specifications, and mentoring junior team members.

- Strong communication skills are essential to align business stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Tech Leads, as well as to deliver projects and bring problems and solutions to the table. A strong leader who can define company culture and ways of working is also required.

Requirements:
- Full stack .Net developer with 8+ years' experience
- Proven track record in managing software development projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bring solutions to the table
