Senior Specialist in Cloud Engineering & Strategy

As a Senior Specialist in Cloud Engineering & Strategy, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our business and delivering high-quality results consistently for our customers. Working in a critical team in ECS, you will contribute to SAP's Global strategy of helping customers adopt SAP S/4HANA on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our customer-facing teams and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Present the SAP RISE offering to customers, conduct workshops, and design infrastructure parameters for RISE system deployment.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and technical domain experts to validate the technical feasibility of RISE deals during the presales phase.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and customer-focused professional with 5+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with good understanding of technical capabilities of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with implementation and operation of SAP solutions, including SAP HANA and S/4HANA.
  • Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity and data center capabilities.
