Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our civil and environmental engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, team leadership, and client relations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and cost-effectiveness. They will also supervise and mentor junior staff, develop technical reports, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related field, with at least 15 years of post-graduate experience in design and project management. You should also possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related field
  • At least 15 years of post-graduate experience in design and project management
  • Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary design teams
  • Strong experience in engaging with clients, external stakeholders, and sub-consultants
  • Proficient in developing and managing project budgets
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
