Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to join our team at Cherry Orchard Hospital. The successful candidate will work with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing care to older adults in our community-based units.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience working with older adults is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience working with older adults in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
