The Role:

  • Own and lead the IT compliance function, driving best practices across governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Continuously improve the compliance framework, supporting policy and process development.
  • Manage compliance artefacts to ensure they are accurate, accessible, and audit-ready.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all IT and security audits, coordinating stakeholder engagement and tracking findings to resolution.
  • Oversee key compliance initiatives including ITGC and IS risk assessments, RCSA, risk registers, and related governance forums.
  • Ensure compliance is embedded into all incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Coordinate board and committee reporting and ensure timely preparation and delivery of key documentation.
  • Maintain oversight of third-party vendors, ensuring contracts, POs, and invoicing are managed efficiently.
  • Support regulatory readiness, including DORA and other frameworks, staying ahead of industry updates.
  • Deliver structured reporting to senior leadership on compliance and governance activities.

About You:

  • Proven experience in IT compliance, governance, or risk management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, ISO standards, and technology risk frameworks.
  • Experience managing audits, risk assessments, and policy review cycles.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
