Job Overview

As a Results-Focused Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities within the B2B environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real impact on our company's growth.

This role involves working four mornings or afternoons a week, totalling 16 hours. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to identify and target new business opportunities
  • Conducting market research to understand industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies
  • Identifying client needs and pain points and articulating how solutions can address these issues effectively
  • Leading the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals

For this role, we are looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in Outbound B2B Telesales within the local market. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Self-motivation and results-orientation are also essential.
