Job Overview

HID Global Solutions is seeking an EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our Finance Team. As a key member of the team, you will report to the International Payroll Manager and work closely with other stakeholders in Finance, HR, and Total Rewards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll activities for various countries within EMEA, working closely with our global third-party payroll provider.
  • Consolidate payroll change related data with HR and Total Rewards teams.
  • Prepare accurate payroll-related documentation for submission to our third-party payroll provider.
  • Maintain controls to capture changes month on month and ensure differences are reconciled and explained.
  • Provide timely responses to employee and HR queries.
  • Offer month-end reporting documents to the wider finance team and address relevant queries.
Project Focus

The role will focus on process improvement in the EMEA Payroll team to support growth, automation, scalability, and successful outcomes in an increasingly complex environment.

Collaboration with the International Payroll Manager, EMEA Team, and other key stakeholders in Finance, HR, and Total Rewards is essential.

  • Identify gaps or areas of improvement and redesign processes with the International Manager.
  • Update process flow and procedure documentation.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify task owners.
Audit and Integration Support
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit on payroll-related audits and lead action plan completion.
  • Plan and execute integration of new payroll entities/countries against planned timelines with the Payroll Manager, HR, and Finance Team.
  • Other project work related to payroll.
