We are looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Engineering Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering process systems and vendor packages, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


About the Role

As a Pharmaceutical Engineering Lead, you will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure all process equipment and systems are managed appropriately throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design review and approval of all Turn-Over Packages, both Vendor and Contractor within the Process Equipment Scope.
  • Field walk-downs for all relevant systems.
  • Commissioning readiness of all equipment and systems.
  • Equipment start-up and CQV testing.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years' experience in large-scale pharma construction projects with proven experience as a process equipment vendor package owner.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of risk-based (ASTM E) approach to CQV and US FDA & EU GMP regulatory requirements.
