We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Reliability Engineer, who will be responsible for delivering strategic Reliability projects for maintenance and operational support to enhance asset performance management.

The successful candidate will work closely with the client team to lead and/or support various initiatives within the Reliability space, including evaluating operational and asset performance data, identifying poorly performing equipment, and developing solutions to improve asset reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational and asset performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies for new equipment, ensuring preventive maintenance plans are accurate and resource-efficient.
  • Collaborate with project teams to optimize PM schedules, adjusting frequencies based on past performance.
  • Use CMMS software such as SAP to manage maintenance workflows, access historical equipment data, and conduct spares assessments.
  • Provide regular updates on asset reliability to stakeholders, highlighting risk areas and priorities for improvement.
  • Conduct condition assessments of critical systems to identify investment needs and mitigate risks.
  • Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A relevant 3rd level qualification in Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharma / bio-pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in reliability, maintenance, and asset management.
  • Proficiency in SAP, FMEA, PMO, and RCA tools within a highly regulated operational environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
