Senior Formal Verification Expert

We are seeking a seasoned formal verification expert to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of formal verification strategies for automotive microcontroller platforms.


About the Role:
  • This is an opportunity to work closely with platform architects and design leads to establish formal-friendly platform and design rules.
  • The role involves establishing formal verification as a standard method in IP verification, guiding the use of formal verification to improve efficiency of IP and product level verification, growing formal verification experts within the business line, and pushing the boundaries of formal verification application in digital mixed signal and power aware verification.
  • You will also standardize and automate the use of formal verification, including through the practical application of AI techniques.

Your Profile:
  • A university degree in a STEM area is required, along with at least 15 years of relevant work experience and 8+ years of experience in formal verification.
  • Proven expertise in formal verification techniques such as abstractions, non-determinism, invariants, assume-guarantee etc. and understanding of formal engines and their optimal usage is essential.
  • A broad experience of formal verification applications, including algorithm, protocol, and design block verification, SoC verification, hybrid simulation-formal environments, and verification engineer enablement is desired.
  • You must have a significant footprint demonstrating influence on formal verification adoption in industry and academia.
