Job Opportunity: Scientific Communication ScientistJob Description:

The role of a Scientific Communication Scientist is pivotal in the development and marketing of our cosmetic products. As a key member of our Research and Development (R&D) team, you will be responsible for creating innovative communication angles, concepts, and claims for new and ongoing products.

You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure effective catalogue execution for new product launches and review and approve new catalogue texts and layouts.

Furthermore, you will analyze the claims direction in product briefs, propose novel and creative wording and substantiation of claims, and contribute to R&D creative processes and development of inspiration for new claims.

As an expert in the effects of cosmetic products and actives on the skin, hair, and nails, you will build in-depth knowledge of available active ingredients and their effectiveness, conduct and interpret literature reviews, and develop a thorough understanding of skin and hair physiology.

Finally, you will translate your expertise to present scientific topics in a consumer-understandable way, attend relevant cosmetic conferences, and share findings with the wider R&D team.
