Corporate Governance Trainee Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Corporate Governance Trainee. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the governance of domestic and international clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance regulations, including the Companies Act 2014.
  • Coordinate, attend, and minute regular board/committee meetings.
  • Maintain statutory books and records for Irish entities, ensuring timely filing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Arrange document execution, notarization, apostilling, and filing with relevant registries.
  • Handle day-to-day matters, including client onboarding and corporate governance queries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide solutions-driven culture.
  • Provide services ranging from entity incorporation to ongoing operations and winding down.
  • Work on specialized projects requiring independent secretariat services.
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a third-level qualification in business or law, or ICSA part-qualified with a minimum GPA of 2:1.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on administrative tasks.
  • Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong overall computer literacy.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and on their own initiative.
