Overview

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience working on game development projects. They will be able to design, develop, and maintain tools that meet the needs of our team and ensure seamless integration with our existing technology stack.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality tools for game development, ensuring they meet the required standards and are well-documented
  • Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use, providing a great user experience for our team members
  • Identify and solve problems in our content creation workflows and pipelines, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Engage closely with narrative tools across departments, including writing, scripting, and cinematics, to deliver a cohesive gaming experience
  • Work with a multi-disciplinary team to implement new engine and editor features, driving innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience creating tools for game development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent C# and .NET skills, with expertise in desktop applications and WPF/XAML
  • A deep understanding of UI/UX and tool design, with the ability to create intuitive and engaging interfaces
  • Thorough knowledge of C++, with experience improving long-lived internal tools with legacy components
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
