Career Opportunity: Quality Assurance Manager
Our organization seeks a dedicated and experienced professional to lead quality assurance processes in our nursing home group.
- Oversee quality management, implement policies to ensure regulatory standards are met, and foster a culture of excellence.
- Support staff development, drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, and enhance patient care outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and the management team to ensure high-quality person-centred care services.
Essential Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration and valid Irish driver's license.
- Qualification in healthcare management, quality improvement, or clinical governance is required.
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a quality, governance, or compliance role within healthcare.
- In-depth knowledge of HIQA standards, healthcare regulations, and person-centred care frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead audits, manage risk, and support teams in a regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills are essential.
