Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

The Reporting Assistant will maintain and coordinate progress reports as directed by the Head of Procurement Operations, ensuring they meet Project Controls reporting requirements.

This role acts as the first point of contact for procurement and commercial directorate reporting requirements and works closely with various teams to prepare and distribute reports.

Liaising with Procurement team members and other project functions, the role gathers relevant information and assists with document management duties as directed by the Head of Procurement Operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Leaving Cert or GCSE grade C in English and Maths.
  • A degree in engineering, construction, business, or a related subject matter (preferred but not essential).
  • Working towards a professional qualification such as Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), or Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB) (preferred but not essential).
