About the Role

As HR Manager, you will oversee the full HR function across both properties. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management, you'll play a key role in shaping a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes across both Galway properties.
  • Active management of HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records and communications.
  • Driving learning and development initiatives, ensuring continuous growth for team members at all levels.
  • Coaching and supporting managers in areas such as employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Leading the performance review cycle and providing guidance on career progression.
  • Promoting a culture of openness, inclusion, and respect across all departments.
  • Ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • C coordenating and supporting grievance processes and conflict resolution.
  • Tracking employee retention and turnover, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintenance of up-to-date HR files and oversight of GDPR compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role, ideally with multi-site exposure.
  • Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with a hands-on approach.
  • Confidence in using HR systems, preferably with experience in Alkimii.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality environment.
