We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a renal dialysis unit. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing care needs, and developing individualized care plans.
About the Role:
- Work autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care
- Assess patient care needs and develop comprehensive care plans
- Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
