Facilities Management Role:

We are seeking an experienced Building Project Lead and Maintenance Coordinator to join our facilities management team at Saint John of God Community Services Clg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, managing building projects, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage building projects, including prioritization and project management.
  • Liaise with procurement officer to secure best value for Saint John of God Community Services Clg.
  • Monitor building projects, including meeting with successful tenderers and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Manage problems associated with building projects, including listing defective works and completing standards.

Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in facilities management or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:
* Competitive salary range €59,419 - €77,243 pro rata (0.5 WTE contract).
* Superannuation scheme.
* Annual leave allowance 30 days per annum pro rata (15 days).
* Public holidays granted in accordance with the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.

Working Conditions:
* Hours of attendance determined by Director or designated nominee.
* Occasional requirement to work outside normal hours.
