High-Paying OTR Truck Driver Opportunities

K&B Transportation is seeking qualified over-the-road truck drivers for its fleet. As a K&B driver, you will have the opportunity to earn a high income and enjoy a range of benefits.

Job Description

We are currently offering three pay packages for our OTR truck drivers:

  • Road Warrior: This package offers a starting CPM of $0.70 and includes a guaranteed minimum weekly payment of $1,610. Drivers can earn up to $90,000 per year and enjoy top miles of 2,300 per week.
  • Midwest Regional Premium Pay Package: This package offers a starting CPM of $0.68 and includes a guaranteed minimum weekly payment of $1,564. Drivers can earn up to $85,000 per year and enjoy top miles of 2,300 per week.
  • Traditional Midwest Regional: This package offers a starting CPM of $0.62-$0.64 and includes a guaranteed minimum weekly payment of $1,426. Drivers can earn up to $85,000 per year and enjoy top miles of 2,300 per week.

All drivers in these packages will enjoy paid vacation time and the use of 2020 or newer Freightliner Cascadias with APU's, refrigerators, and other amenities.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • A valid Class A CDL
  • A minimum of one year over-the-road experience
