Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance test solutions on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for silicon validation, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design engineers to define and develop test methodologies, test plans, and test modes.
  • Design, develop, and debug multi-site cost-effective test hardware and software solutions for characterization, qualification, and production wafer probe and final test.
  • Work with layout engineers to design Printed Circuit Boards for multi-site test HW.
  • Validate and correlate new test solutions with design bench reference data.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline.

- 5+ years of experience involving analyzing and debugging analog and digital circuits, designing hardware and software solutions for ATE, and developing multi-site test programs using C/C++/C# or Visual Basic.
