The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Quality & Technical team and driving the development of a robust food safety culture.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Culture: Develop and maintain a strong food safety culture within the organization.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards, manage interactions with regulatory authorities, and maintain up-to-date HACCP plans.
  3. Audits and Inspections: Prepare the organization for internal, external, and regulatory audits.
  4. Quality Systems and Incident Management: Oversee the Quality Management System, manage non-conformance investigations, implement preventive measures, and ensure robust traceability for incident management.
  5. Collaboration: Partner with production, supply chain, NPD, and sales teams to improve product quality and ensure compliance.
  6. Team Development: Lead, train, and manage the QA team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and food safety awareness.
  7. Governance: Ensure technical governance aligns with legal, internal, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years' experience in a relevant role in the food industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a degree in a related field.
