About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Director to join our team at Scopely. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and iterating the test framework, directing QA operations, and overseeing both internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing the department's test framework and strategy
  • Planning and structuring QA resourcing needs
  • Recruiting and leading the project's QA management/leadership team
  • Championing a Culture of Quality throughout the broader business

Requirements:

  • 10+ years as a quality assurance professional
