Key Responsibilities- Ensure that all residents are treated with dignity, respect, and individuality, adhering to An Bord Altranais Code of Professional Conduct.
- Maintain professional standards, ensure accurate records, and adhere to Servisource policies and procedures.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and participate in inspection processes.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be registered on the Irish live register (NMBI) with an active PIN.
- Be fluent in English (verbal and written) and eligible to work in Ireland.
- Possess strong communication and listening skills.
- Have a caring and compassionate nature, with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
