Expert Planning Strategist Sought for Dublin-based Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading consultancy in Dublin, as a Senior Planning Consultant. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of planning projects, supporting planning applications and appeals, preparing planning appraisals and development plan submissions, and undertaking relevant policy and site research.

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification accredited by the IPI or RTPI
  • Minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience in planning (Ireland-based)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and report writing capabilities
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for site visits)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Confident problem-solving and negotiation ability
  • Experience managing a busy, diverse workload to deadlines

As a Senior Planning Consultant, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders, contributing to a high-performing team that delivers tailored planning solutions across Ireland and the UK.
