Customer Experience Ambassador - Festive Season

Engage with customers from the moment they enter our store and guide them to the perfect products for their needs.

At Rituals, every customer is unique. With your knowledge and skills, you can advise each one on which of our luxurious yet affordable home body cosmetics are the perfect match for them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact directly with customers and provide 'Best in Class' customer experience.
  • Work closely with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to reach sales targets.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.

In addition, you will become an expert in our Rituals products and treatments through our training programs, providing opportunities to expand your knowledge and luxury retail skills.

Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within retail or hospitality.
  • Strong customer-service mentality and team-player work ethic.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Eye for detail, organized and structured approach.
